Optimal Data LLC (“Optimal Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an engineering-led holding company that builds data-driven consumer products. Our primary product is Optimal Shopping, a real-time grocery price comparison platform. We are headquartered in the United States and operate at optimaldata.org.

  • Email address (newsletter signup, contact form, career interest)
  • Name, company, and message content (contact and enterprise inquiry forms)
  • Account credentials if you create a Optimal Shopping account

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries within Optimal Shopping
  • Device and browser information (type, OS, language, time zone)
  • IP address and general geographic location (country/region level)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
